Dear Chris - I cannot beleive how time has passed it is almost a year, yet it feels like only yesterday - I saw a photo of you & Hannah with ice-creams which made us laugh - then I saw this poem & I thought of you - with love - Ellie xx xxxxx
In tears we saw you sinking,
We watched you fade away,
Our hearts were almost broken,
You fought so hard to stay,
But when we saw you sleeping,
So peacefully free from pain,
We could not wish you back,
To suffer that again
